On June 29, the Senate voted 66-33 to proceed to full consideration of the Small Business Lending Fund bill. This means that the legislation is now officially on the Senate floor and open to amendments. See how your Senators voted. One Voice actively contacted dozens of Republican Senators ahead of the vote.
While the procedural vote was a significant and important victory, there is still much work to be done on this legislation to ensure its passage. Additional movement on the bill will resume after the Senate returns from its recess during the week of July 12.
